Thanks to those who made it out on a very busy graduation weekend. The May steel match results have been finalized and are available for review below. A very big thanks to all of those who participated in helping tear down the stages. We hope to see you all next month for our USPSA match and we look to replace the steel match with a 3 gun match. Look for more details soon.
I apologize for the delay in the match results, its been a busy week. Ryan has compiled the scores for the Steel match and also the Multi-gun side match. I have attached a copy of the results for all to see. Thanks to all who made it out to shoot with us on what was a pretty nice day. Thanks to Gary and the crew for setting up and running the side match, it was great fun! And last but not least, I really appreciate those who made it out on Saturday to set-up, as I was not able to make it.
For our May USPSA match we will be hosting a special classifier match. This is a chance for all of the new shooters to get classified, or to put all that winter practice to the test and get moving on up in the USPSA classification system. We will have 6 classifier stages set-up and ready to shoot. If you are currently unclassified, at the conclusion of the match your scores will be uploaded to the USPSA site and you should receive your classification. Its also a great opportunity to get classified in an alternate division. So come on out and spend the day putting those skills you practiced all winter long to use!
Thanks to all of you who braved the chill, amongst moments of sunshine, to shoot with us on Sunday. We had a few of our regular USPSA shooters experience the fun of shooting steel with us, thanks Andy and Herb! I also have to thank all of you who were very patient as we progressed to plan B for scoring. Ryan has made quick work of entering and processing your scores, thanks Ryan for your speedy service. The scores are posted below.
We had great participation for the Eggsplosion side match. The match proved to be a little more challenging than originally thought, but still great fun. Congratulations to all who managed to burst some eggs: Charlie Hall, Bill Willson, Jessica Reiners, Jacob Clausen, & Patricia Kindl. Thanks to all who participated. I was very humbled to see the gang from Cedar Rapids make the trip just to shoot the side match in support of the rebuilding effort, Thank You guys!
I also have to send out a very special Thank You to Al Cram who wasn’t able to make it out to shoot with us, but showed up to help us clean-up. The dedication and effort from our family of shooters makes this worth every second, Thank You to all of you who lend a hand in every way!
